Il 10 settembre Micheal Engberg è tornato a D'ni, dove ha avuto un incontro privato con Marie Sutherland nel quartiere del Consiglio.

Poche ore dopo è riapparso anche Richard Watson, ex presidente del DRC, il quale ha dichiarato di essere stato a Releeshahn e di avere incontrato Atrus. In un successivo incontro Watson ha anche dichiarato di essere stato lui a liberare i Bahro riconquistando la tavoletta d'oro (un evento che la Cyan ha tradotto nel gioco Myst V: End of Ages).
